This action research project was completed as a part of the ETFO Teachers Learning Together (TLT) project by a team from the Niagara Occasional Teacher Local. They examined what the impact was of specific classroom management techniques in a short term occasional teacher’s classroom. They also conducted a literature review and gathered information related to best practice in this area.
